- Rental Rules
- Limit to evangelical activities and FRCC member's wedding & funeral
- No activities run afoul of our church doctrine
- No commercial activities
- No political activities, exception to American Government Election
- Application and Assessment
- For any non-FRCC launched activities, applicants should fill out "FRCC Rental Usage Form" one month in advance for assessment of Property Assessment Council.
- For long-term rental, application must go through Whole Church Staff Council as well.
- Consideration will not be given to application conflict with out current usage.
- Consideration will not be given when Property Management Council is over-loaded (e.g. short of human resources).
- Operation Rules
- No smoking or drinking in church area, appropriate clothing and manner are required.
- No shouting, running or any dangerous activities, to avoid accidents or affect other people's meeting.
- No parking at other streets around the church, 2 staff should be provided to regulate parking and transportation.
- No cooking in kitchen area, only microwave or oven can be used.
- No eating in main sanctuary or Mahanaim Worship Center.
- Our church trained staff must operate any video, audio, lighting and caption equipments.
- Any usage or movement of our piano, electronic piano, audio equipment, appliance and chairs is prohibited without approval of our Property Management Council. If approval was given, everything must restore after used.
- Please keep church area clean and clear trash.
- Please control timing, the latest time to leave is 11 p.m.
- Insurance
- Renters should provide accident insurance, including personal and financial property to at least USD 1 million insured amount. Workers' Compensation should also be provided. Insurance certificate should present 10 days before date of rental, or FRCC retain the rights of leasing.
- Any accidents or property lose occur during the lease, renters should be the one responsible for insurance claim. FRCC is not accountable for any legal responsibilities.

- Main Fees
Main Sanctuary $400/hr (2 hrs minimum)
Mahanaim Worship Center $200/hr (2 hrs minimum)
Multi Purpose Room $100/hr
Sunday School Classroom
And Nursery Room $50/each time
Others: Cleaning Fees
Main Sanctuary $200
Mahanaim Worship Center $100
Multi Purpose Room $50
Sunday School Classroom
And Nursery Room $25
Audio, caption, management staff fees $75/ per hr per person
(Main Sanctuary needs at least 8 staff)
- Guarantee Deposit: Renters should pay all fees plus $300 guarantee deposit before date of rental (exception to FRCC members). If everything is clean after used and no damage occur, deposit will be refunded, or deducted depends on situation.
- Bylaws
Property Management Council retains the right to explain any unclear points.

Church Visiting Policy
- Due to human resources limitation, FRCC is open for visit only once a month for non-FRCC church member
- Open hour is temporary set on the first Saturday of each month, 1:30-2:00 p.m.
- Visitors should fill out ¡§Church Visitation Application Form¡¨ before the visit for department manager assessment.
- Places open for visit include the following at this moment: Speaker Resting Room, Main Sanctuary, Mahanaim Worship Center, Bookstore, Nursery Room, Sunday School Classroom, Youth Classroom, Multi Purpose Room
- Please follow the lead of FRCC staff during all visitation time
- If there is any special request (no personal request, only request by church will be considered), for example: visitation to church office, audio room or live audio operation presentation, please send in request 2 weeks before date of visit for staff council assessment.
